2 One-Hour Group Sessions

You may not be able to change a situation, but you can change your reaction to it. In these two short sessions of meditative visualization, you will physically and emotionally experience a release of stress. You will learn tools to recreate these calm moments. And you will learn ways to maintain your inner calm. You’ll be well on the road to taking charge of your life.

Designed for a time-out from all concerns. Participants relax into the tones and vibrations as Kimberly plays her extraordinary crystal bowl. Ronna brings in a unique visualization and special message in the words of “Mama”, the divine feminine energy of unconditional love.
