All of our therapists and providers are well trained and experienced. Many of our therapists have backgrounds in medical settings. We value continuing education and ongoing learning. We are constantly sharing tips and tricks with each other so we all continue to grow as therapists. Your education is important to us too. It is not uncommon to see therapists demonstrating stretches or suggesting resources to clients during or after a session.
Calvin is a 1988 graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute, in Washington D.C. His training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Foot reflexology, Sports massage, Pregnancy massage and Russian Massage. Calvin's massage style is very fluid, always moving and rhythmic, the result is deep relaxation and stress reduction.
Calvin began his career working with a chiropractor focusing on a host of pain and stress related issues from whiplash to lumbar pain, headaches, and rotator cuff injuries. He then ventured out on his own to start his own practice.

Che Young has been practicing massage therapy for 10 years. She combines her accumulated training and experience to give each client the best massage for them that day. Whether you need deep tissue to increase joint mobility or a soothing, nurturing experience, you're in good hands with Che. Her ability to treat a variety of clients and symptoms has gotten her voted as one of the top massage therapists in the DC region by the Washington Blade for the past two years. Che has always had a passion for deep tissue massage and is a favorite therapist among the athletic population. She enjoys treating neck pain and headaches as well as low back and hip problems.
Che is a graduate of Temple University and the Northern Arizona Massage Therapy Institute in Sedona. She is a member of the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals (ABMP) as well as Board Certified by the National Certifying Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Che is a certified Medical Massage Practitioner. She strives to assist each client in reaching their goals of pain management, increased range of motion, and relaxation. Maggie has been with Alexandria Massage Therapy since 2003. Maggie's massage style is to incorporate different techniques to achieve the client's goals as well as offering information on various self-care topics such as exersices, body mechanics, pain management, workplace ergonomics, travel tips, sleeping positions, etc.- she has a special fondness for Pregnancy massage.Available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Marilin has a medical background, as a registered medical laboratory technician, and as a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist in the bio-medical division of the American Red Cross. Marilin graduated from NMTI in Falls Church, VA in 2008, and became a certified massage therapist in January of 2009, with membership in AMTA, and is now working to becoming a licensed Reflexologist. Marilin has a passion for Anatomy and Physiology and massaging others to promote health. She loves to be outside bicycling, walking, and raising tropical plants (including Orchids). She launched this challenging journey by becoming a Reiki practitioner over 20 years ago. Studied relaxation therapy and became a Reiki Master following her Board Certification as a Massage Therapist by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Body Work. Reyna focus on massage techniques, nutrition, breathing and relaxation techniques, which improves her own health, as well as her ability to help others. bAmong other modalities, she is experienced in pregnancy and infant massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, massage cupping, sports massage, muscle-melt-trigger-point therapy with counter-strain-movement, head massage, myofascial release, Reiki, crystals, and Qigong.
As an Usui Shiki Ryoh Reiki Master and Qigong Healing practitioner, she helps her clients to release the physical tensions that block optimal health and wellness. As a Board Certified Massage Therapist, she customizes treatment modalities to the client’s unique condition. The objective of every session is to rehydrate the connective tissue, strengthen muscles and nurture the body, mind and spirit. Rich Rieger is a graduate of both the Pittsburg (PA) School of Massage Therapy and the Piedmont School of Professional Massage (VA). He is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). Rich is trained in Neuromuscular Therapy with a Certification from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. He also has extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and has been a teaching assistant in their program. Recent training has allowed Rich to expand his Craniosacral work to include infants and children.
Rich has been in practice since 1994 and has a diverse background in massage therapy. Before moving to Virginia in 2000, he worked in a pain management clinic connected to the West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown. In addition to maintaining a private practice, Rich has been providing onsite/seated massage to businesses for over ten years. Renee Anderson is a graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. She has received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, as well as other therapeutic modalities. In addition to massage therapy, she is Reiki Practitioner and Personal Trainer.
Renee’s experience as a student athlete and her education in personal training have equipped her with the knowledge of how different muscle groups effect specific movements. She understands how to effectively incorporate range-of-motion techniques into massage, yielding comprehensive treatment solutions for her clients.
Renee's personal journey has led her to learn alternative healing methods. She has intergrated these practices to better care for herself, build confidence, connect to spirit and have an overall sense of well being. It is her goal to help others on their path to complete wellness.
Asher Smith is a licensed massage therapist as well as a reiki master practitioner. He graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute and practices Swedish and deep tissue massage (both table and chair) as well as reiki. Asher has a profound respect for the language and communication of bodywork. His goal and hope through his massage work is to bring that respect to the people he works on by working with them and their body to get them to their idea of a better state.
I am Naomi a beauty skin care expert. I've been a licensed esthetician since 2012. I address skincare concerns and needs of the face, neck, declate and back. The type of minor skin care concerns are addressed is oily skin dry skin breakouts and hyperpigmentation. I also remove unwanted hair from the body using painless waxing techniques. My technique is individualized to each person from the product selection to massage pressure. Through my knowledge of skin care I can help you achieve healthier skin that will make you look more radiant.

Ronna has over 35 years experience in stress reduction training and energy healing. Her work is highly intuitive, adapting to each person's needs. Ronna has trained in a number of healing modalities including certification as Reiki Master, Shamballa Basic MDH Master, Advanced EMF Balancing Technique, Universal Energy Healing and Metamorphosis Technique.
