Therapists and Providers

Our trained and certified team is here to help you!

All of our therapists and providers are well trained and experienced. Many of our therapists have backgrounds in medical settings. We value continuing education and ongoing learning. We are constantly sharing tips and tricks with each other so we all continue to grow as therapists. Your education is important to us too. It is not uncommon to see therapists demonstrating stretches or suggesting resources to clients during or after a session.

Providers for Specialized Treatments

Bindhu Jacob

Bindu found a love for energy healing at a time when she needed the support for herself as she healed her own physical and emotional traumas, while trying to balance the demands of a high-stress career. She worked with energy healers who helped her both to find a state of inner peace and awaken her own innate healing abilities. She is honored to be able to pay that forward. She has trained in Reiki, Seichem and Shamanic Energy Healing.

She uses a combination of modalities in a session, depending on what your body, mind and spirit need in that session and what was discussed and agreed to beforehand. Her goal is to serve as a support to her clients as she channels healing energies and helps clients to release physical, emotional and spiritual blocks. She will meet you where you are and provide support towards your intentions; whether that is a relaxing stress-relieving session or a deep emotional healing session.

Available: Sunday

Shannon Smith

A life-long lover of the body, Shannon merges concepts from energy work and science to work with clients to understand what their body is experiencing. Passionate about helping others re-connect to their bodies and unlock their own magic, her personal mission is to eradicate autoimmune diagnoses, help others understand what is possible in their lives, and ultimately create the alignment we all deserve.

Her goal is always for you to feel safe and comfortable, free to feel and express whatever needs to come up in your session, so you can have the clarity and relief you're looking for. She uses several tools and modalities in sessions, depending on what your body and energy require. Holding a BS in Kinesiology and completing certifications and training in a variety of wellness disciplines, she can help you get back on track with your body.
